Samantha Marsden is the author of 100 Acting Exercises for 8–18 Year Olds, Teach Drama, and Under Glass. Her debut novel Under Glass has been optioned for film and TV by former Warner Bros. president Greg Silverman’s Stampede Ventures.

She worked as a freelance drama teacher for 11 years and ran her own Youth Theatre, which grew into one of the largest regional Youth Theatre's in the UK. She now lives in the South of France and writes for The Stage newspaper, and fiction for young adults.
