Share your thoughts in this year's reader survey

It's important to pause every now and then to reflect on how things are going.

For us here at Teacher, our annual survey provides another opportunity to hear from our readers and listeners, what they'd like to see more of, and how we can continue to improve the content we provide.

We're thrilled to let you know the 2017 Teacher reader survey is now live. We invite you to not only share your feedback or suggestions for future stories, but to also let us know how you're using Teacher articles, videos, podcasts and infographics in your role as an educator.

Your views will help us to tailor and improve our content to make it even more relevant to you. What's more, by taking part you'll go into the draw to win a $500 Dymocks gift card.

Following up on feedback

Each year, we work hard to follow up on the feedback you offer and the suggestions you make for future stories.

For example, in last year's survey readers many of you mentioned that you'd like to be able to print our articles to share them with your colleagues. As a result, our new website redesign includes printer-friendly options.

You also asked for more content on behaviour management so in January we launched our new Behaviour Management podcast series. There are two episodes in the series thus far, one with Dr Bill Rogers and another with Phil Beadle which will be available in a few weeks' time.

It's time to get involved

The survey is open to everyone. You might be a pre-service teacher or postgraduate lecturer, education consultant or tutor, a classroom practitioner or principal. Whatever your role, sector or location we want to hear from you.

Let us know what you enjoy most about Teacher, what you'd like to see more of and how you use Teacher content to improve your own practice. We also ask you to share a piece of advice with your fellow educators … so we can't wait to hear your words of wisdom and pass them on to rest of the Teacher community.
