Susan-Marie Harding is a Research Fellow at the Assessment Research Centre in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne. She is the Research Manager of the ‘Realising the potential of Australia’s high capacity students’ Linkage Project supported by the Australian Research Council in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education and Training. This project examines and identifies strategies and organisational features of teaching that allow all students to achieve appropriate growth trajectories reflecting their learning potential. The research aims to support teachers to help students develop self-regulated learning skills, improving the potential for growth in primary and secondary schools.
