Since our launch in 2014, Teacher readers have been paramount to shaping the direction of the magazine. We are committed to supporting you to improve your practice, so your feedback on our content and suggestions for future articles, videos, infographics or podcasts, are key to informing the content we cover.
The best way to share your feedback and suggestions is during our annual reader survey, and today, we’re delighted to share that our ninth Teacher reader survey is open! We are also thrilled to announce that if you live in Australia and complete our survey, you can go into the running to win a $500 gift card.
It’s been a big year for Teacher – namely, we launched an incredibly exciting initiative, the Teacher Awards. Last month, we announced the inaugural winners of our 8 Award categories – as judged by our esteemed Judging Panel – which represented each school sector and many areas of the country, from regional Queensland to metropolitan Perth.
You have 4 weeks to complete the Teacher survey before it closes at 5pm AEST on Friday 10 November. In the survey, you’ll have the opportunity to let us know the content formats you like consuming most – for instance, whether you prefer shorter or longer articles, and if you enjoy our podcasts, videos and infographics.
You will also have the opportunity to share the topics that are most important to you – for instance, perhaps you’re wanting to read more about leadership, mathematics, or student wellbeing. As well as this, we ask you to share an example of how you’ve used our content to support your professional practice.
As you know, to ensure our content remains free for all educators to access, Teacher generates revenue from external advertisers. In our survey, we give you the opportunity to let us know whether you find the information served to you by advertisers to be relevant or useful.
A highlight for our annual reader survey is reading your responses to the question: Looking back on your experience as an educator, if you could share one piece of advice with your peers, what would it be?
