Kristie Schulz has worked in the independent schooling system for the past 13 years performing classroom, pastoral care and middle management roles. She is currently working as Head of Curriculum in the Secondary School at Parklands Christian College and in academic research with James Cook University. Her current role includes some classroom teaching, curriculum oversight in the secondary school and research-based educational innovation.
